Cloud-based do not contact application includes feature to filter for express written consent and verify expiration status

DNCSolution Helps Companies Comply with Florida Privacy RegulationsAtlanta, Ga. – July 20, 2016 – PossibleNOW, the leading provider of customer engagement and enterprise preference management solutions, today announced that DNCSolution®, its cloud-based do not contact application that helps marketers ensure compliance with current consumer privacy rules and regulations, includes a feature to filter databases for express written consent expiration status, a critical advantage to any company marketing to Florida residents and businesses.

“Maintaining compliant marketing can be difficult at the state level, particularly when state rules surpass Federal regulations in preconditions and requirements,” said Ron Patrick, Director of Product Architecture at PossibleNOW. “DNCSolution simplifies the challenge through industry-leading filtration, scrubbing and verification features, empowering companies to focus on their campaigns while maintaining compliance.”

At the Federal level, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requires prior express written consent for all autodialed or prerecorded sales calls to wireless numbers. In Florida, state rules require that companies expire express written consent after 18 months. That means companies must track express consent status and obtain consent again after expiration. PossibleNOW’s DNCSolution includes a feature designed to check for express written consent nationally while ensuring express consent status is maintained in Florida or anywhere such an amendment is implemented.

The latest DNCSolution release offers key enhancements to existing features including a more intuitive user interface for ease of use and navigation, and color-coded channels (call, email, mail, fax, text) for a clear visual indicator of which channel is in use.

DNCSolution v10 also introduces important new features, including:

  • Ability to upload express consent data and store it in a DNC filter
  • DNCSolution v10 also introduces important new features, including do-not-call list scrubbing
  • Users that leverage DNCSolution in conjunction with MyPreferences®, PossibleNOW’s enterprise preference management solution, can collect express written consent to call a consumer on a mobile device using an automated dialer
  • An optional service in which users can identify plaintiffs and attorneys who have previously been involved in multiple lawsuits, or who were identified as professional plaintiffs in individual or class action lawsuits
  • Ability to scrub Canadian email addresses and phone numbers against a list of possible business relationships to determine whether a marketer can reach out to a contact
